La particularidad de la propuesta ajustada los parámetros urbanísticos y a los requerimientos de alta eficiencia del cliente, es ofrecer cierta compacidad al bloque por su posición de esquina, truncada para la visión cruzada del interior del bloque y del interior de manzana, ambos ajardinados. |
Two Office
Buildings for the World Trade Center Almeda Park. This is an office building in the project for the World Trade Center Technological Park in Cornellà. The peculiarity of the proposal, which adheres to the town planning parameters and the client’s high efficiency requisites, is to offer a certain compactness to the block thanks to its corner position, broken off to give a crossed view of the inside of the structure and the inside of the street block, both of which have gardens. |
