La intervención suponía una torre de oficinas con alto rendimiento rediticio en Zurich, una ciudad reticente a edificios en altura. La propuesta planteaba para ello un bloque cuya fachada estructural limitara la existencia interior de elementos verticales, a la vez que individualizaba de forma representativa la presencia de la torre. |
The project was for an office building with high yield performance in Zurich, a city reluctant to high buildings. The proposal was for a block the structural façade of which would limit the interior existence of vertical elements, whilst individualizing the presence of the tower. |
