Opening of the exhibition “Dos carrers, una plaça/Deux rues, une place” [Two Streets, One Square], last Monday 31 January in Perpignan, including Josep Lluís Mateo’s project for the development of the old town of Ullastret, Girona
AURCA (Agència d’Urbanisme Catalana) in Toulouges and the FPGUiF (Fundació privada Girona: Universitat i Futur) in Girona have jointly organized a Forum of Interesting Urbanistic Interventions in the framework of cross-border projects in the eurodistrict of the Catalan Cross-border Space. It will include the 1982 project by Josep Lluís Mateo for the development of the old town of Ullastret, Girona (declared a historic monument in 1983).
The opening of the exhibition “Dos carrers, una plaça” took place on Monday 31 January at 6 p.m. in the Chapel of Nostra Senyora dels Àngels in Perpignan (carrer Maréchal Foch, 32), which also host the Collection of Interesting Urbanistic Experiences.
The exhibition will run for a first phase from 31 January to 25 February at the Chapel of Nostra Senyora dels Àngels in Perpignan and continue for a second phase at the Casa de Cultura in Girona from 28 February to 28 March.
